The number one objective of The HCo. Collective is to create images showcasing the skill mastery and artistry of our dancers, while focusing on individual growth. Together in a safe environment, we’ll produce a body of work that earns respect and attention for our efforts as Athletic Artists. Dancers will ultimately come out of the program feeling more confident and self-aware, and will have a higher respect for their own abilities. This creates a new found confidence that ultimately finds it’s way to the stage as well. We have A LOT of fun at the same time!
What does it take?
In an effort to give as many dancers as possible the opportunity to thrive in our program, we have limited requirements. However, the requirements we do have are very important to us:
1) Exclusivity: Dancers should be prepared to commit to shoot exclusively with The Holmes Co. for the entirety of their contract. Our program is designed to benefit dancers by providing steep discounts in trade for representing The Holmes Co. In turn, dancers receive exposure in the industry, customized monthly shoots, and will build relationships with other dancers in their community. These friendships are exciting and unifying in an otherwise competitive industry.
2) Representation: Dancers are expected to tag ALL HCO images obtained during their ambassadorship. You’ll find yourselves with opportunities to use your images to represent yourself as a dancer with other brands, etc. Please ALWAYS get permission to use your images outside of representing HCO. Tagging us is the number one responsibility of our Ambassadors within the program.
Ambassadors can work in the industry as PAID models. However, dancers should avoid paying for their own modeling opportunities for the entirety of our contract together. If you have a professional relationship with a dancewear brand, please reach out to discuss your options with us.
3) You should not be an Ambassador for any other brand while contracted with HCO. If you’re unclear on what this means or are involved as an Ambassador with another brand already, please reach out and chat with us about it so we can see if you’re a fit for the program.
WHAT’S IT ALL ABOUT?
Being a Dance Ambassador with The Holmes Co. is a highly sought after opportunity to expand your creativity and build your social media platform. As social media takes the world by storm, our Dancers find themselves as part of a small revolution in the dance industry. Professional dance content is highly desirable, and can make the difference in the path of any dancer, whether commercial dance is the end goal or not. During our program, Ambassadors will swiftly learn to feel comfortable in front of the camera. They’ll develop skills that will give them an edge not only in future modeling opportunities, but in life itself. But most importantly, dancers will grow as individuals. They’ll be required to study, to practice, and to come to set prepared with their own poses. Our team will work closely with Ambassadors to make the best of their time on set. This opportunity requires that dancers arrive prepared to showcase their own skills, and dancers should not expect to be directed as to how to pose. Together, we creative beautiful Fine Art images that dancers will cherish forever.
